The Association Between Age Groups with Clinicopathologic and Molecular Subtypes of Breast Cancer Patients

<p align="center"> </p><p><strong>Introduction:</strong> The increase in incidence proportion of breast cancer disease among young patients < 40 years old is exceeding that older patients. purpose the research to know differences between clinicopathologic and molecular subtypes ≥ old.</p><p><strong>Methods:</strong> conducting on Medical Records (MR) was an observational analytic method with a cross-sectional design. independent variable age. Dependent variables were histopathological type, stage disease, grade tumor, subtype cancer. Univariate analyses describe samples. those according age groups analyzed by bivariate statistic odds ratio confident interval (CI) 95% each would be displayed binary logistic regression statistic. </p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The most prevalent range 50-59 (47%), mean 53.66 ± 0.977 years, 29 86 old, aged 12%. Ductal carcinoma type (89.7%), III tumor (40.2%), poor differentiation (60.7%), luminal A (42.7%) subtypes. There weren’t histopathologic different from (p=0.015). Old had worse than (OR 2.166; CI 0.973-4.823).</p><strong>Conclusions:</strong> significant groups. poorer years. </p>
